Seafood Steward's Grilled Prawns Neopolitan (Serves 4 to 6) 1 1/2 to 2 lbs jumbo prawns, 16 to 20 count, peeled and de-veined. Marinade 1-½ cups Italian-style salad dressing (such as Newman’s or Bernstein’s with cheese) 1/3 cup white vermouth ¼ cup olive oil 1 tbspn fresh garlic, finely minced ½ tspn course ground black pepper Combine marinade ingredients, mix well and set aside. Rinse prawns under cold water, pat dry and add to marinade. Marinate for at least one hour. Grill the prawns over for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Baste with remaining marinade while grilling. Other Fish? Try this recipe on large sea scallops or fresh tuna.
