Why We Do What We Do: Besides giving you great seafood recipes, our main goal is to educate consumers like you about seafood. We'll show you where seafood comes from, demonstrate how to select seafood at the market, tell you how to prepare seafood at home, and reveal what side dishes, beverages and desserts to serve with your favorite seafood.

We'll do this in several ways...First, this website will feature regularly updated seafood tips, recipesand answers to your email questions. Coming soon - Look for the Seafood Steward on television in your area. And finally, I will be making appearances around the country and around the world to tell you more about your favorite seafood.
