Tartar
Sauce (makes approx. 3 cups)
Ingredients:
1/3 cup finely minced celery,
1/2 cup finely minced onion, 2 cups mayonnaise (for
low-fat see * below), 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce, pinch
salt,
pinch dry
mustard,
pinch
pepper, 2 Tbsp. dill pickle
relish.
Combine all ingredients and
mix well
.
*Note
: For a lower
fat alternative, mix 1 cup non-fat sour cream with one cup
mayonnaise.
